Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise in the field. She's worked alongside leaders across a variety of industries to help them grow their company, especially in times of high growth. Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for organizations and plans has included organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She is passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the ultimate competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and mentored individuals who have achieved the results and success. Her work helped to develop cultures which encourage learning and positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie, who is dedicated to assisting Learning Ally in its mission as well, is also able to devote her time supporting other non-profit organizations. This includes being an part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to helping women become leaders providing training for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, as well as advocacy for healthcare hospitality houses and supporting Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization that is dedicated to stopping addiction in the United States in educating communities to help those suffering from the diseases of addiction.
