When Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson first met in a church in Hamburg they knew that there was no turning to the other side. Ashley, who was 17 at the time and never having had an affair before, decided to take the time to get acquainted. It was obvious that they loved each other from the very first site. Andrew was praying to God at New Year's Day, just before 2016 began. Andrew requested God to grant him one last blessing this year, which was that Ashley accept his proposal and be married. Ashley had always wanted a romantic, woodsy traditional wedding that reflected her as well as Andrew. For their dream wedding, they chose to incorporate elements of everything they cherish. Ashley's family owned 40 acre within their backyard. Ashley and Andrew had played, explored, and walked the entire trail leading to the location that they exchanged "I I do" at the wedding of Ashley. Additionally, Andrew and Ashley were walking around the area many times when they first began dating. The bride and groom took on the bulk of the DIY work, so personalization is important. Ashley painted and made some of the decorations. Andrew and Ashley's dad designed the seating area and the ceremony arch. Ashley says that we would not have had the magical wedding I had imagined if it wasn't for Anna's floral design. It's truly amazing.
